We have worked with computerised systems for over 35 years and have experience of every Microsoft operating system to date.
We come to you! either to your home or office and from an initial diagnosis, we give an approximate cost of repair or tell you if the computer is beyond economical repair - there is no obligation for work to commence or continue and you can say NO if our proposal does not suit you!
What we do!
We will check you machine for errors, infected files, functionality and serviceability.
If your machine is running slowly or not responding in the manner it should, we can repair it on-site, keeping cost to a minimum. We do not tell you to leave the machine with us so that we might come up with some fictitious list of repairs.
We will explain everything we find and allow you the opportunity to make an informed decision on what needs to be done to repair your system!
Many problems are the result of virus, worm or trojan infections and there are many non virus attacks, such as Adware privacy intrusions which monitor your activity. These steal your data and they cause havoc, damage and possibly corrupt the operating system.

Our Working Skill
Our experience of computers and computer software began in 1982, when working within a company producing a computerised silent salesman for the motor trade. The principle of the initial program, although now modified, is still in use today.
Hardware Repairs
We can and will repair PCs and Laptops and select Tablets, in your home, office, or in our workshop if the need arises. All replacement parts are charged at cost plus postage and our fees are based on an hourly rate.
Software Repairs
Our business involve repairing software and resolving corrupted programs. We do not rewrite licensed software, but will rectify malfunctioning software. To allow you system to continue working as required.
Refurbished Computers
We buy and sell second user and refurbished computers, all our systems go though our own rigorous programme of repair, replacing broken or worn parts and upgrading software with authentic and activated programs. All systems sold carry a 3 months or 12 months warranty.
Tuition, Advice, Support
During on-site repairs we spend time to explain exactly the problems you are experiencing and how to avoid them in the future. We spend time to show you how to work your programs, overcome problems and allow you to question us in the best use of your computer.
